rulebook, rule #9 Entry Fees ICA Continues Ranch Broncs Event: Due to the popularity of the ranch bronc riding, the ICA will continue to sponsor the ranch broncs at its prime rodeos as an optional event. Committees are not required to have the event and are not required to have added money for it. In 2010 the ICA will again include the ranch broncs at the Finals by taking the top 10 ICA members in the standings. There will be two complete go-rounds this year with $500 added and entry fees of $150. A buckle will be given to the average winner. A year end buckle will be given if a sponsor is obtained for the event. Team Ropers Propose Change in Entry Fees: On behalf of the team ropers, the ICA Team Roping director has requested a change in the entry fees for the team roping. If the rule is adopted entry fees in the TR would increase by $10 per man, per ICA Prime rodeo. This proposed increase would accumulate throughout the year and be added to the added money at the Finals (in addition to the amount regularly added by the ICA to each event.) This change will be voted upon at the May meeting of the ICA board which will be termed a "general membership meeting" for the purpose of voting on a rule change. Please contact the team roping director, ICA office or ICA President for further information.
